Established in 2009,Jiangsu Aohai specializes in the production of marine anchor chains and mooring chain.An investment of 998 million RMB has recently been prepared to build a state of the art factory.
The first phase of development includes an area of 180,000 m2,with about 500 staff,including engineers,project technicians and administration personnel.The main production equipments such as NO.5,NO.6,NO 7,NO 8,NO 9 and N0 11chain production lines.Vertical Q.T. furnace and various cutting and tensile testing machines are of the first class.
Aohai advanced flash butt welding and the production is in accordance with ISO9001,GB549,GB/T20848 and the standards of the leading classification societies worldwide.The main products are marine anchor chains and mooring chain with diameter from 17.5mm-162mm.Our annual production capacity is currently around 100,000tons and ecpected to increase dramatically in the following even further investments.

1. Variety: Grade1, Grade 2,Grade 3,OR,R3,R3S,R4 stud link anchor chain; studless anchor chain; buoy chain,D-type anchor shackle; Hatch-cover chain,lifting chain,kiln chain and others; DIN Standard chain; Special chain as per your requirments and their accessories.
2. MATERIAL GRADE: ANCHOR CHAIN:GRADE 2/U2, GRADE 3/U3，
MOORING CHAIN:ORQ,R3,R3S
3.Material:20Mn (CM490),30Mn(CM690)
4.Length: 25m or 27.5m or as per your request.
5. FLASH BUT WELED
6.Surface: Self Color, Black Painted, Hot Dip Galvanized

10.Difference between Stud link chain and studless chain:
Originally studs were added to the chain to stiffen the links preventing them from severely deforming when overloaded. They have the added advantage in that they prevent the chain from knotting up when twisted, thus avoiding problems when chain is retrieved with a windlass.
